Today I went to Gong Cha and got a Crème Brûlée brown sugar milk tea. The Crème Brûlée was very good- in fact so good that I’m definitely coming back- it’s my new favorite drink! The milk tea was creamy, and the boba that I sipped up and chewed was perfect, spot on the texture I wanted. The brown sugar syrup was sweet, but I adjusted my sweetness to 50%, which tasted amazing. The Crème Brûlée milk foam (included) was creamy and Crème ‘Brûléey’, the burned sugar on top melting in. The staff, on the other hand was kind, friendly and supportive. They helpfully guided me through what I needed to do to order. I love that you can customize the ice level and sugar level, which is exactly what I did. In conclusion I’d rate Gong Cha’s Crème Brûlée 5 stars!!!

Xin Chao! Want a vietnamese coffee? Gong Cha is the place to go. I ordered a vietnamese coffee with coffee jelly (not on the menu, recommended by staff). The flavor was exactly or even better than the vietnamese coffee in Vietnam! Creamy, a fresh scent! The atmosphere of the room was comforting, which made me enjoy my drink even more! So, if you are looking for vietnamese coffee, visit Gong Cha!

Randomly reached this place, but we tried the crème brûlée. It was amazing. It's also a good place to sit and work on laptops. I have seen a lot of students studying here. It's a good vibe for young crowd.

I really enjoy Gong Cha. The boba is done just right and is very consistent. It’s not too chewy and not too hard. The food side has some great Banh Mi and Asian street foods! The pork Bahn Mi is great and the balance of each element is awesome! Definitely recommend to visit here!

Cute shop, very airy and open, with plenty of natural light. Big enough to host a team meeting there if someone wanted to. By the looks of it, they're adding a restaurant in there too (Katie's Kitchen) to compliment the tea. Friendly service, knowledgeable about their products. I had the Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte and a regular milk tea with added oreo crumbs (simulating a cookies & cream kinda drink). The drinks were tasty and made just as expected. I would definitely order them again. Their menu is a little different from other bubble tea shops in town, so I suggest looking at it before heading over. Their cups are a little different than other shops too, they have Medium and Large sizes available. I ordered the medium but will probably order a large next time because the tea was exceptional. I recommend visiting this place at least once to give it a shot...and when you're there, look up!
